In January I ordered, received and paid (Mastercard) for some eye product. The product was not as advertised. On or about March 19, 2011 I received an un ordered box of eye product and it was charged (unauthorized) to my Mastercard. I have tried phoning the company several times but am left on "Hold". I contacted Mastercard and they are instituting a Complaint to the company on my behalf. Mastercard states the process takes about 45 days. C.
