This is the email I just sent to "customer service"...I have just cancelled my subscription. $75.00 a month for TV is ridiculous especially when I started my subscription was $29.00 a month. I was also informed that I have a cancellation fee since my 2 year contract ( which I don't ever remember agreeing to ) has not be satisfied) When I called to cancel, options were given to reduce my bill...why not just charge a fair fee to begin with?
