We found National Home Warranty Group Inc very unprofessional. The main concern of the company to deny the claim and close the file. As long they find an excuse they refuse communication with the clients. They refused and neglected to provide to us any documentation evidence they obligated by regulations. They miss-lead the parties involved by cheating the customer. Bobby Colburn proved in email to have dislike against the customer and we feel assaulted by his comments.
