I ordered accessories www.jcwhitney.com for my husband’s truck 3 times and the first two times they had no record of my order. When I went to track it yet my credit card was charged. The third time I ordered I was told it would be shipped within 6 days, today I called to track shipping again and was told they were all being shipped separately between 1/10 and 1/23. This is certainly not 6 days. I will never shop jcwhitney again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with jcwhitney. This is the poorest service I have ever seen. read full review »
