Ordered R9 3 & 5 woods without checking for reviews first. Subsequently found reviews re being China based and experiences of counterfeit goods. Within 1/2 hour I emailed them to cancel the order in accordance with their order cancelation policy. Was then told there was a 20% handling/shipping charge. Emails were in poor English from a "Jane Smith". I have had various email exchanges and now discovered they have charged a higher amount to my credit card.
