Terrible customer service, terrible communication. They received Paypal payment but did not ship product ordered. After two weeks and 4 e-mails, THEY cancelled order and refunded most of the order cost, however kept $5.53 for their trouble. Do not do business with these folks - you will be disapointed! Update: come to find out the order was NOT cancelled, but rather product sent a full month after order received and paid for, despite paying $28.00 for expidited shipping!
