Trend Micro has been charging me for a renewal fee that I never wanted for almost a year up to now. The first one was for $44.95 while the 2nd one was for $ 62.95. I have cancelled the charge for this year since it was covered by their 30 day trial period but for the 1st charge, they wouldn't give me a refund for that. I called every dept they have and still no refund, then I checked my credit card statement and they havent refunded my the $ 62.95.
