They have called my number threating me about a debt that was placed in bankruptcy years ago and now they are lying trying to say that the loan was taken out last year. As I explained to the man who called himself "John Brown" I could not file for a loan while I was in bankruptcy. I was just cleared in July of 2010 and I know I have not defaulted on anything.
