I have requested official transcripts be sent to my school (Columbia College) in which I sent the request via fax with a credit card number attached. After several weeks, the college has still not received the transcripts. Attempted to call several times and get put on hold and NEVER does an actual person answer. I have waited as long as 45 minutes with no answer. Seriously, what is the issue? Students spend tens of thousands of dollars and can't receive their transcript or talk to an actual person?
