This company lures you in with cheap discount rates and tells you they will mail you the terms of your agreement afte it has been approved. The terms of which you have come to understand through telephone conversations with their agents. The problem is they don't send you the agreement and then over time you start to notice the rates have changesd and the monthly fees have gone up.
