Placed an order for 2 items on o3/12/2011, waited until 03/15/2011 for shipping confirmation and received nothing. Called and spoke to customer service and was told that it can take up to 5 days to get the confirmation. Called back on 03/21/2011 and was told that they had to wait for the distributor to ship the item. Spoke with ALLEN DIMICK who proceeds to advise me that the manufacturer had discontinued the medium size. Advised that I wanted the order cancelled immediately via email and verbally.
