On 3/19/11 I signed up for a 3 year contact with Cyberdefender who offered 24/7 repair service. After one weekend and a total of 8 phone calls (twice being put on hold for 1 hour each call) the problem was not solved. On 3/21/11 I called to ask for a full refund as the problem was not fixed. They refused stating that they would charge me $179.00 for the time that they worked on my computer. They sent me to another tech who said that he fixed my computer.
