I have bought the Swatch watch in June 2009 with an innovative metal-rubber wristband. The innovation proved to be a complete failure as dozens of customers around the world queued for replacement of wristbands. First I experienced that VMF which is the only Swatch service in Azerbaijan, refused to replace bandwrists for free, claiming it is wear and tear!
