fifth third bank have been stealing my money every time I would mave a deposite they would withdra the amount and tke it to pay off an account that was settled years ago. I even have the settlement agreement and the "paid in full" statement. But they are acting low and playing this game. I hired a lawyer and paying for his fees now to just let them know that I have settled my dues with the bank a long time ago.
