I saw this 100% guaranteed 3 day program on the internet had great reviews - so I paid my money received the 'book' ( read it twice) The website states you must be dedicated you can't go out and meals should be pre cooked- but doesn't state you must stick like glue to your child for 3 days. This means very rapid trip yourself to the bathroom, no having a shower, no phone calls and in my case no breastfeeding, feeding or changing my infant.
