My husband has a credit card with Jupiter Bank $1000 limit. He became disabled and is working with a debt relief company to pay off his debt. Jupiter first stated they refused the offer sent to them. Another representative stated they never got the offer and it keeps going round and round. They call just about every day starting 8:30 Am on a Sunday and they will not listen to anything said. While one customer representative said they did not accept the offer, the however did accept the payment send to them by the debt relief company. In the meantime, they keep raising the penalty for being late and over the limit 29.95 %. read full review »
