Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. They claim to charge you only 13 cents a minute, but when you actually start using the phone and make outgoing calls, they ask you to top up or it tops up automatically if you have it set for that, and one 15 minute call could end up costing you 20 dollars for a top up instead of 15 minutes times 13... read full review »
