My elderly aunt bought life insurance, an annuity, health insurance, and long term care insurance from this company. They deducted premiums directly from her checking account. She passed away in May, 2011 and as of now, March, 2011, I have as of yet to resolve her policies with this company. Bankers Life continued to deduct premiums from her checking account for months after her death (they were notified immediately). Closing the account resolved this issue.
