I had my dogs preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. The vet said they would not pass. I sent them in months later after the breeder wanted a second opinion but would not pay for it as in her contract. OFA came back saying mild hip dysplaisia. but she still was arguing she wanted to know if it was my fault or genetic. So I sent the xrays to her vet to look at and he said the same as OFA and it was genetic.
