The company stated that the tax lien & tax deed site is always up to date and kept current. When in fact the site in many areas had not been updated for over a year. Also, the training video on the site itself talks about how to obtain OTC reports for tax deeds and when I checked out the state of CA then a county in CA. The list they have is a list of a tax auction not a OTC list.
