Awful awful awful. This site is a fraudulent website. Takes a long time to receive a response. Order was placed in February and they guaranteed receipt within 10 days. We are now in late March and they have not provided any answers as to what the delay is. I am typically extremely patient, but their lack of care and customer support is pathetic. Do NOT purchase items from this website. They have been reported to the better business bureau and are being investigated for fraudulent actions. read full review »
