I purchased the Island Escape in 2009 I recieved it on June 26th 2009. I have not been able to use it due to the fact it stays torn up I have contacted them several times and they have sent me 2 or 3 key panels which will not control the temperture it goes to as high as 120. also now the heater is out and the manafold is busted i have contacted a number they gave me of a Roger but now i can not get him or anyone to respond to my calls my hot tube was over 4000.00 and i have not been able to use it..
