Terrible website site and customer service. I sent my money and yes got a reply via email to confirm money had been taken out. Sent my documents and post office confirmed they had received this. 8 emails later and 2 letters to them, no reply, no plate or my documents not returned. I have been unable to drive as no plate or lisence, now its been 1 month. I assume that my lisence has been lost?? stolen?? I dont know but will have to re-apply for a new one I guess, contacted DVLA as they call themselves a registered DVLA company - stay well clear... read full review »
