I am very unhappy about threatening phone calls, sometimes several a day. The service is terrible and costs have escaladed. we are not interesting in contining sercvice and want to cancel the contract, they are telling me I cannot cancel, the customer service person was very rude . save your money- pay for your own repairs, they are terrible. Not only ddo they threten but they claim they have no choice but to call and call- I do nto owe them any money and have not had a service call for over one year ( maybe 2) read full review »
