I will not go into too much detail, but want to confirm the other reviews of this web site. I purchased tickets to the Arsenal v. Liverpool game about seven weeks before a planned trip to London, and a few days later received an e-mail telling me that the date of the game had been changed to the day I was leaving London, and asking me to "PLEASE CONFIRM YOU ARE COMING TO THE MATCH."
