We have a Dell 948 printer and spend approximately $150.00 a year on ink cartridges. (This covers two black and one color every 5 months).We use our printer for home use and only when needed. These ink cartridges are only available from Dell and cannot be refilled to save money. Dell includes return envelopes to return the empty ink cartridges. In between uses, you can see that the ink level is lower each time the printer is turned on. I feel they could offer a discount when you return the empty ink cartridges to SAVE THEM MONEY!!!
