Please beware of this company. I was approved conditional from this company for a daycare purchase and their ad stated they had a fast processing time because they did everything in house . But I found that to be misleading because I was contracted on a property and because it took the underwriting team so long to process my loan I lost the property because my contract expired and they did not even attempt to request a extention with realator they sent me a email the day before the contract ended and told me to ask for another 15 days.
