I just purchased Stacy Kellams's new launch product "Tax Sale Arbitrage" and it is a blatant plagiarism of another course by established real estate professionals. It is missing a lot of information and is clearly stolen from the actual site. He is selling this course for $997 and claiming to be an expert on the topic when he doesn't have any experience at all with it.
