I BOUGHT A COUCH SET AND CHAIR, GOT THE GOOFPROOF AND THE COUCH WAS DAMAGED JUST STARTED RIPPING ALL OVER, SO THEY BROUGHT A NEW ONE .6MONTHS LATER IT IS STARTING TO DO IT AGAIN, WOW, GOOFPROOF DOESN'T COVER IT TWICE, DID THEY EVER TELL YOU THAT, NEVER TOLD OR EXPLAINED TO ME ..SO THEY TELL ME THAT U CAN'T GET REPLACEMENTS FOR THE FURNITURE OR PARTs!!!so they send someone out to look at the couch, 3weeks later, i finally call them, now they suddenly have the parts and i have to pay for them wtf is that about ... read full review »
