To Whom it may concern, I am writing this letter today to address a serious issue with a company I had the misfortune of having to deal with recently. My mother recently had her vehicle repossed and although I am placing no blame on Honda financial (she is getting forgetful) I do have to address the horrid repo company that was contracted to take her vehicle.
