We switched to At&t internet service in January. The service has been horrible. The connection is extremely slow and times out frequently. When I contacted AT&T to cancel my service they told me that I had agreed to a one year contract with them when I installed their modem. When I called to set up the service, I specifically asked the customer service rep if they had any contracts associated with their internet service and I was assured that their were no contracts and I could cancel at any time.
