Suing Bell Canada. Does anyone know the best way to get transcripts of the 'recorded' conversations with our out of country 'customer service' advisors. I have never seen such an obvious policy designed to steal our money! I ordered no data...I could cruise on my wifi (at home no less) no problem. After 5 days of having the phone (i phone i allready owned) the service was cut off. Sound familiar? Apparently I had racked up $1657.25 in data in one night! Holy crap.
