Reference # 489324846: Upon returning our car to airport in Madrid we were told there was damage for which we must pay. We indicated both in person and in writing "Addendum and Statement of Vehicle condition" that we do not know how the scratches occurred on the front passenger side bumper nor were we aware of any other damages anywhere on the vehicle.
