On 3/24/11 I spoke with your agent Beth who rude to me and refused to give me her last name. The situation is - I ordered a pair of glasses but for a long time now the glasses are just to strong for me. I was participating in the [gift to sight program]. I am a permanently disabled veteran. The manager matt set me up a appointment on 3/23/11at 12:00am. So, beth called me the following day and said that the doctor will not see me and that the manager does not know the policy, well if that is the case. On 3/24/11, I spoke with agent Amy who was very rude. I am a permanent disabled veteran and I had participated in the [gift for site program]. However, my eye glasses are to0 strong, I got the prescription at this location but they were made at the SanFrancisco location. Your agent amy said she is not going to argue with me, and I have to"pay" when she asked me about my glasses.
