they did this to 1, 000s of people--- they add 300-900 a month!!! to your regular mortgage amount..monthly!!! they say your homeowners insurance company will not confirm if you have your own (even though they send Litton annual letters). also...Though we are NYC residents...with real estate tax, water sewer tax only...they added 8, OOO a year for "park and wildlife tax???"...if you don't pay these phoney add-ons they use Steven Baum, Atty and foreclose adding on, or costing $15, 000.
