lost my phone and submitted a request for replacement. they said my claim was declined due to negligent loss. who wants to lose a phone? what loss is not negligent? it took them less than 24 hors to decline my request. i asked to terminate the remainder of my insurance and to get a refund. its been two weeks and they have not responded.
