3/24/11. Dr. Ofc. faxed prescription to the South Kihei Rd. Longs. We left the Dr Ofc. at 4:30 p.m. & went directly to the pharmacy. My son went to pick up meds at approx 4:45 p.m. & was informed that they still needed to work on it and he should come back. ---We left the store & returned to pick up meds at approx 5:45 p.m. and was only given 1 bottle of pills.
