For nine months I have had to deal with the rude CS from HE. I learned my lesson. I thought I would give this place a try despite the negative reviews. As soon as I ordered my GE washer and dryer on June 11, 2010 I was charged on my Chase credit card the next day. I was emailed a shipment date of 2 weeks.
