I opened a credit card with Juniper Bank. I used it twice to pay in a restaurant and that was it. When I received my first statement I saw a charge of $40 for non-payment! Apparently, Juniper Bank sent me my statement earlier but received it back because the address they had on file for me was wrong. The customer service lady was very rude and told me it was my fault. What! It was the first statement. How am I suppose to know when to expect the first statement. To make the long story short, I closed my account over the phone, and will not be recommending Juniper Bank to anyone. read full review »
