I am deeply concerned about this company. They have over 52 complaints filed with the BBB.org. there are hundreds more on google search including complaintsboard.com and my3cents.com to name but a few. I also found judgements dating back from 97 and as late as 04. (Jan S. Stone, (starting renting) & Jan s. Stone, (madison magazine) State records read that Jan s. Stone registered Cottonwood futons trademark in 95 and the corporation was in her name until 06. They sent me a defective products and are not returning my email message... read full review »
