on the 19th of March I reported by phone out of order I received a sms giving me a ref no 42crz1900311 that the fault has been handed to their techicians to date nobody has contacted me . I called in at a Telkom office at Cresta shopping centre and was advised they dont deal with complaints but when you phone their telephone no a recorded message will tell you to call in if you have account queries or faults. When dailing any Telkom numbers that are given to query your complaint you will not be able to get through this is not acceptable. read full review »
