We ordered the system the first of August from their website. Paid in full to include over a $100 for express shipping. They then waited one week to ship ( glad I paid for express) When I received the unit it was not new as advertised but very used and looked like someone used it for target practice with a BB gun ( about 50 small bb sized dings) I immediately emailed and call and received no answer from either.
