My experience with Garden Ridge in the past has been without incident, as long as you make a purchase, and never return or question the price, etc you will be fine. In December 2010 I attempted to purchase some marked down pictures. They were on a clearance rack with a red mark through the original price and the sign posted indicated an additional % off. Once I approached the register, the picture rang up at regular price. The cashier refused to look into the discrepancy and said it was an error.
