I ordered a product and was promised it would be sent as Signed Delivery. My money went out of my account, but no merchandise arrived. I used the contact form on the website to enquire - no answer, I called repeatedly - no answer, I e-mailed - no answer. I went to post office and explained I might have been ripped off and they kindly checked if I had any parcels waiting - there were none. I believe this is a bogus company that cheated me out of my money but that actually doesn't "exist" as a trade entity. Beware. read full review »
