I purchase a car in South Carolina and bought an Eagle Warranty-Premium package. I file a claim for repairs on my car through eagle warranty in September 2009. I was told that it would take 15 to 20 days for refund of money, it’s been three months I haven’t received my money. Every time I call billing dept, Rep would tell me they were behind in claims it hadn’t processed. I made a call last week a voice mail stated the company was closed for bad weather, later in the week I called back a voice mail stated the company was closed for business.
