After my car loan was purchased in a bundle from CitiFinancial (whom I would do business with anytime) it was nothing but lies, and misleading statements, one after another. I totaled my car shortly after they took my loan, and though my contract clearly stated I had Gap Coverage, several employees told me I didn't have it, and then another told me they didn't even have a copy of my contract!
