I recently moved from one apartment to another in the same city. Right after I moved I called everyone I receive mail from and informed them that I had moved and gave them my new address. I am also a recipient of food stamps and was expecting a form that would allow me to continue receiving benefits. After weeks had passed and this formed had been sent out more than once, I went to the post office and was told that I had to submit a formal change of address.
