I purchased a laptop charger which quit working after a 10 months, they exchanged it for another one which shortly quit working. They acknowledged the problem that the charger was defective but said that since my 12 month warranty expired, they won't do anything. Thus, if you purchase an item that stops working 11 months into the warranty, they can send you a broken replacement on the 11, 5 month, by the time you receive it your warranty is going to be expired.
