We became engaged with Transfer America in about October of last year (2010). We were instructed to continue paying the maintenence fees through December and then we were to inform our timeshare company that we were becoming seperated from our timeshares and the responsibilities of fee payments. We did exactly as instructed. Three months later we received letters from our timeshare company that we were late in making the required fee payments and that the fee collection may be turned over to a collection agency.
