well this is not actually a COMPLAINT. i just wanted to reach out to you people. Ive been a Customer Service representative of TELEBRANDS product for almost a year. So basically we all know the rules. thers not a day goes by that there is NO irate customers over the phone. majority complaints are abt the misrepresentation of the product. We apologize in our most humble tone, - thats part of the script. i feel disgusted that i have to cover up for the company when more than thousands are being scammed.
